Just as Jesus taught us to love one another, here at Good Shepherd the ministry of helping others is a very important part of what we are all about. We are blessed with many shepherds who recognize those in need in our community. They do not hesitate to get involved and create opportunities for each of us to give back, care for others and share our many blessings.
Good Shepherd host three Alcoholics Anonymous groups and three Gamblers Anonymous groups every week.
And our Outreach Commission serves those in need outside our community. Currently, we provide monetary support to the following organizations:
A Meal and More, Rochester
Episcopal Relief and Development
Pines of Peace Hospice, Ontario
Project URGE/Mothers in Need of Others, Rochester
Williamson Come-Unity Center, Williamson
Webster Comfort Care Home
Willow Domestic Violence Center
